How to wrap a gift: beautiful paper feathers

September2

I saw this idea at Lia Griffith’s fabulous blog and at first glance thought it would be too difficult or take too long for me to do.  I couldn’t have been more wrong.  In 10 minutes I had a little package looking like this!

How to wrap a gift: beautiful paper feathers #wrapping #pretty #present #simple #how-to

Pretty lovely, don’t you think?

To make beautiful paper feathers, you will need:
– paper (even old newspaper/book pages look lovely!)
– scissors
– a printer (if you want to download and use the free printable)

COST: free
AGE: young kids to adults
TIME: 10 minutes
Find the full tutorial and free template here if you want to have a try.

Pssst…  why not make this pop-up flower card too?

      Thanks Kristen! :D
Had any good tea parties recently? I think we might have to have a teddy bear’s one here soon, just as an excuse to bake cakes for Nonno bear (and help him eat them)… ;)
